These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Equine Exceed website and the purchase of products from us. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Equine Exceed.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information and images are accurate. However:

• Product photographs are for illustration purposes only.
• Packaging and labels may change from time to time.
• Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
• Natural ingredients may vary slightly in colour, smell or texture between batches without affecting product quality.

These variations do not constitute a fault.

4. Nutritional Supplements

All Equine Exceed products are complementary feeding stuffs and nutritional supplements for horses and dogs. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

If your animal:

• is receiving veterinary treatment
• has a medical condition
• is pregnant or lactating
• is due to undergo surgery

we recommend consulting your veterinary surgeon before introducing any new supplement.

5. Feeding Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are fed in accordance with the recommended feeding instructions. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your animal, please consult with your vet or animal nutritionist.

6. Nutritional Advice

Any advice, recommendations or feeding guidance provided by Equine Exceed is offered in good faith based on the information supplied to us. As every animal is different, we cannot guarantee individual results. Our advice should never replace diagnosis or treatment by a veterinary surgeon.

7. Ingredients & Allergies

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. Some products may contain ingredients derived from:

• yeast
• shellfish
• herbs
• plant extracts

If your animal has known sensitivities or allergies, please seek veterinary advice before feeding.

8. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• The price charged will always be the price shown at the time your order is placed.

9. Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once you receive confirmation that it has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• stock is unavailable
• pricing errors occur
• payment cannot be authorised
• fraud is suspected
• an order breaches these Terms

10. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. Payments are processed securely using our approved payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

11. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only. Whilst we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

• courier services
• Royal Mail
• customs
• severe weather
• strikes
• events outside our control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

12. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

13. Returns

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Unopened products may be returned within our Returns Policy period.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless:

• the product is faulty
• supplied incorrectly
• required under your statutory consumer rights

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

14. Product Quality

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us before disposing of it. We may request:

• photographs
• batch numbers
• expiry dates
• a return of the product

to assist our investigation.

15. Promotions & Competitions

From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes and competitions. Unless otherwise stated:

• promotions cannot be combined
• promotions have no cash alternative
• we reserve the right to withdraw promotions without notice

Competitions may be subject to separate terms published alongside the promotion.

16. Discount Codes

Discount codes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be used retrospectively
• may exclude selected products
• may expire without notice

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

By submitting a review, testimonial, photograph, video or other content to Equine Exceed, whether through our website, email, social media or by tagging or mentioning Equine Exceed on social media, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the content or have permission to share it.
• The information provided is true and reflects your genuine experience with our products.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You grant Equine Exceed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit and display that content for marketing, promotional and educational purposes.
