B Vitamins

Packed full of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 & B12) that break down carbohydrates, fats and proteins, turning them into cellular energy (ATP), while providing antioxidant support for cells after strenuous exercise.

Iron Ferrous Fumerate

Iron is essential for the production of hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells which carries oxygen from the lungs to the body’s tissues. Iron also plays a key role in myoglobin, the protein found in muscles which store and release oxygen when the muscles require it. Both of these proteins are essential for the support of muscles and stamina in the body.

Choline Bitartrate

Choline Bitartrate provides a bioavailable source of Choline, a nutrient that is particularly beneficial for horses with high-performance workloads, supporting the horse’s metabolism, particularly fat utilization and neuromuscular function, which can help sustain energy output during prolonged or intense exercise.

Flax Seed Powder

Flaxseed is also known linseed and provides calories from fat (not starch), which delivers a source of cool, steady energy, ideal for horses needing extra energy without becoming excitable.

Feeding Guidelines

1 serving = 18g (35ml Scoop)

Maintenance

Under 500kg½ - ¾ scoop once a day
500 kg – 550kg1 - 1½ scoop once a day
550kg – 600kg+1½ - 2 scoops once a day

First 3 - 5 days feed twice daily

For best results, mix with feed, store in a cool dry place in an airtight container & use within 6 months of opening. Shake regularly to avoid settling.

FAQs

My horse could do with some more energy, will Red Cell Max™ help?

Horses can be lacking energy for many reasons including post-illness recovery, hot weather, stress from new environments or lengthy periods of travelling. Red Cell MAX™ is packed full of key ingredients including B vitamins to help replenish energy levels.

Some horses are naturally lower energy or more laid back by temperament, however if your horse is not normally like this speak to your vet first to check any underlying issues.

How long should my horse stay on Red Cell MAX™?  

Can be fed for a month as part of short term feeding plan, for horses needing energy levels replenished after illness or when work is being increased.

Red Cell MAX™ can also be fed as part of a long term feeding plan for horses needing a longer period of energy support, for example throughout the event season or those moving up the levels in competition.

 

Should I split the daily amount over two feeds?

It is recommended that your horse is fed its maintenance amount in one feed – do not split over two feeds. To find out your horse’s daily requirements, see the feeding guidelines.

For loading doses (the first 3-5 days of feeding), feed the required amount twice daily.

I’m not sure my horse will eat it?

    Absolutely fantastic!!

    Bought my horse in very poor condition. When he arrived the vet told me ” you wouldn’t want a horse like this gifted to you.” She said he would cost me a fortune in vets bills. She also said he was blind in one eye. I felt like I had been done in by the seller.😪
    I scoured the internet and came across this product, so I bought it and hoped for the best.
    2 days later I received a call from Debbie at Equine Exceed. She was so knowledgeable and told me about gastro product that they produce. She reassured me that she would help me step by step and we will work together to get him right.
    I tried both products as she told me too.

    Amazing Product

    My pony Charlie nearly lost his eye due to a foreign body in it and needed urgent veterinary surgery/treatment to save his eye, fortunately he was a lucky boy. Thereafter, he had to have steroid drops 3 x per day. I wanted to get him off the steroids longer term and spoke with Debbie at Equine Exceed who said to try this natural eye maintenance product, well it has been amazing! Charlie no longer has steroid drops and just a very small dose now of the UVE Pro to keep his eye healthy.
