RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from us. EQUINE EXCEED LTD prides itself with its Customer Service. We aim to resolve issues, returns and exchanges swiftly and with as little fuss as possible.

POLICY

EQUINE EXCEED LTD can accept returns of products purchased directly from Equine Exceed (either online or over the phone) and in accordance with the restrictions below.

For all product returns, a copy of the invoice is required and should be enclosed to be considered for reimbursement.

Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.

POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to all returns)

  1. To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery (either by phone or email). If multiple goods have been purchased and being returned, you have 14 days from receiving the last batch to notify us of your return.
  2. Refund requests will only be considered if the item is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  3. Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days. If we collect from you, your refund will be processed within 14 days of this being agreed if the item is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  4. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. Cash payments will be refunded via cash or bank transfer once we have received details required.
  5. All returned item(s) must be received within 28 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund, exchange, or account credit.  Orders received after 28 days of original delivery, will not be credited.
  6. Shipping costs: Any refund of shipping costs will be paid at basic shipping rates. Additional cost of enhanced shipping options will not be covered. Returned items are shipped at the cost to the customer if the return is due to being unwanted. We will cover the shipping costs if the return is due to receiving damaged product or incorrect product being sent out by Equine Exceed Ltd. Items being returned for exchange will be at the cost to the customer, however, we will send the exchange product to you on a basic delivery service free of charge if the product is of a similar shipping value.
  1. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed and made within 14 days of the returned product being received by Equine Exceed in accordance with policy restrictions (2)

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Cash Payments can be refunded in cash where appropriate or made via bank transfer.
