Nutritional Info
Milled Chia Seeds
Milled chia seeds are ideal for a stressed upset gut as they support gut wall integrity, gut motility and support a healthy microbiome. They contain soluble fibre, which forms a gel-like substance when mixed with digestive fluids, helping ease an anxious, unsettled gut. The 3:1 ratio of Omega 3 to 6 in Chia Seeds is close to the essential fatty acid ratio naturally present in pasture grasses.
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
Vitamin C is key for immune health and is an antioxidant, helping protect the brain and nervous system from oxidative damage. Vitamin C is also involved in the synthesis of Dopamine and Norepinephrine, brain chemicals that influence mood and behaviour.
Peppermint Leaf Powder
Peppermint encourages fussy horses to eat, and contains menthol, which can help to soothe the digestive tract, reduce gas, and provide support for horses suffering with digestive issues which can lead to behavioural issues.
Flax
Flax Seed is rich in soluble fibre, particularly mucilage which forms a gel like coating when mixed with digestive fluids acting as a barrier against stomach acid. Flax is one of the best plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid which can support the health of the brain and nervous system.

Over exhubrant oldie
My 17hh ex hunt horse suddenly became very jolly as winter set in, l needed a calmer l could rely on and this has really hit the spot without taking away his forwardness and spirit…it works very well with an occasional cookie too to top up the calmness if travelling or competing.

Support for sensitive mare during tricky times
I bought this calmer on recommendation from my coach after my mare experienced a loss/a change of herds, to support her through this difficult time. It has definitely helped her cope better day to day, and I see a noticeable difference in her, especially when shes had some new experiences under saddle as well. I’ll be using this going forward as part of her management plan.
