Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
Vitamin C is key for immune health and is an antioxidant, helping protect the brain and nervous system from oxidative damage. Vitamin C is also involved in the synthesis of Dopamine and Norepinephrine, brain chemicals that influence mood and behaviour.
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is a herb that contains a natural source of nutrients including Iron, fibre and Vitamins A, B6 & C and stimulates appetite due to it’s smell and flavour.
Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate
Zinc Sulphate is vital for healthy neurotransmitter activity, including Serotonin and Dopamine which are key brain chemicals that influence mood and behaviour.

Excellent for stressy travellers
My dressage horse used to be unreliable with loading into the lorry and would sometimes sweat up during the journey. I started giving one bite before loading and the first thing I noticed was that the sweating stopped, then the loading became more reliable. I give one bite each time he travels and now he loads first time every time and never sweats up. Happy him, happy me!

I have used these calming bites for many years now and I think very highly of them. They have worked on every single horse or pony of mine which has been shown to a high level which takes a massive amount of concentration and focus. From the sharpest to the most nervous of types they have worked for all. My key is to give one 45minutes before work, then another 10 minutes before competition. 100% works!
