Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
Vitamin C is key for immune health and is an antioxidant, helping protect the brain and nervous system from oxidative damage. Vitamin C is also involved in the synthesis of Dopamine and Norepinephrine, brain chemicals that influence mood and behaviour.
Peppermint Leaf Powder
Peppermint encourages fussy horses to eat, and contains menthol, which can help to soothe the digestive tract, reduce gas, and provide support for horses suffering with digestive issues which can lead to behavioural issues.
Flax
Flax Seed is rich in soluble fibre, particularly mucilage which forms a gel like coating when mixed with digestive fluids acting as a barrier against stomach acid. Flax is one of the best plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid which can support the health of the brain and nervous system.

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I have a very tricky and spooky warmblood who jumps at his own shadow let alone in a show ring.
I can honestly say I have tried everything possible with no success but this product seriously is amazing.
The change in him is incredible , he is now confident , stress-free and a joy to ride.

Great product
This product worked very well for our horse, was very unsettled in himself and on edge when being worked. This calmer has quietened him down loads and is now competing to a very high standard. It has not taken any of his sparkle away or his personality – just a lot happier in himself. Would really really recommend!

This product WORKS!
I’ve used this calmer on so many different ponies. Spooky, flighty, worried etc. I get the same result every time… more focused, less upset by things but does not take away the sparkle whilst ridden.
It’s amazing for nervous travellers/worried horses. I notice them a lot more calm and less panicked.
Great to use for a couple of nights before a show/travelling, then topped up on the day with the Calmer Bites.

Having used step 1 and step 2 after treatment for ulcers my gelding is kept comfortable and happy using step 3. We occasionally go back to step 2 for a few days when we move paddocks as his movements can get a little looser but he is back to normal quickly. Great product, highly recommend this range of products.

I purchased this calmer for my Warmblood who is prone to flying off the handle. I wanted something that would chill him out during stressful situations eg coming in on his own to be ridden, but without making him dopey. The calmer pro did exactly this, with people commenting on how much more settled he was after about 10 days. He is still forward and alert to be ridden, but he’s better focused on his work as opposed to where his mates are.

This calming product is the best thing since slice bread it’s given me back my horse as since been on this she is just so much more chilled & relaxed and not so spooky she still has a spring in her step n she’s more focused I absolutely love it thank you I do use a couple of there other products which are absolutely fantastic too so thank you equine exceed

Great Product
I have recently moved on to SFM Pro stage 3 having previously used Gastro Stage 1 and Gastro Extend Stage 2. Before using these products my boy was very girthy and was constantly trying to bite when being tacked up. These products have made a huge difference and have eliminated this behaviour. He is now much more focused in his work as well. Would highly recommend.
